Teacher: Arianna McCurry (with Adult Supervision)

Description:  In this class, we’ll be learning the fundamentals of basic sports and games while having lots of fun! We’ll play games like soccer and basketball and other times we’ll focus on more relaxing physical activities like yoga. Everyone is welcome and we’ll be focusing more on teamwork and having fun than winning, unlike most traditional sports. This class is meant for the people who do sports every day of the week just as much as it is for people who have never played a sport in their life. The class will not be especially intensive and no one is required to participate in any activity or sport they might not want to. There will be an adult monitoring the class, so no worries!

Arianna McCurry is almost sixteen and a junior in high school. Up until she moved schools in high school she was always very active, competing in every sport from football to basketball to swimming. Gym class was always her favorite in school (except for when they had to run the mile) and she loved getting to have fun while also getting exercise. Recreational sports have always been her favorite due to the fact that they’re more focused on having fun than winning and she wants to share that with other people.

Note: Please let me know about any health complications such as asthma, etc.
